Return Policy & Procedures

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. Use the form below to submit and print your return request to include in your return package(s). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the reason for the return reason is “item(s) arrived damaged or defective”. Once your submission is received, we will send you the Return Address and a return authorization to print and place inside the package.

Once returns are received in original condition, refunds will be provided, in full, to the same method used for your purchase.
